etc, and you should be all right.
Also never try to deprive your body of its basic needs. Never try to starve
yourself, for if you do, your body will detect it and then it will start storing
fat instead of burning it. Thus, you will lose little or no weight and once you
return back to your normal diet, all your lost weight will come back.
The trick to lose fat effectively is to listen to your body and never eat
anything that doesn’t provide nutrition to it. And make sure you spend sometime
everyday in exercising. Exercises needn't be four hour long; the duration of an
exercise can be as short as thirty minutes and as simple as walking a few miles.
