Obesity is an enduring disease, which means there is continuous widespread

control or treat obesity. Most of these slimming-pills work by making you feel
less hungry or making your stomach feel fuller soon. But the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration (FDA) does not recommend the use of drugs in the treatment of
obesity, as they were found to cause serious heart valve problems.
4. Nowadays as fat loss solutions, bariatric surgery is increasingly being
used to combat obesity. There are several types of surgeries like adjustable
gastric banding, Roux-en-Y gastric bypass and biliopancreatic diversion that
restrict the food consumption and absorption of food. Surgical weight loss
solutions are however not suggested, as an operation cannot remove the
root-cause of obesity.
5. People disappointed with the orthodox forms of treatment, also opt for
acupressure and magnet therapy as weight loss solutions. There is however, no
concrete evidence to validate these ‘quack’ theories.
6. Sauna, steam bath and massage, are fast gaining popularity as weight loss
solutions. These are experimental theories and though they may not yield major
gains, they certainly cause no harm either.
7. Some people try to seek, in food, a solace for their psychological problems
or adversities. The treatment of obesity through hypnosis or hypnotism can be
helpful for these people, who are not able to resist the temptation to eat more
food, in spite of an awareness that obesity is a dangerous disease.
Conclusion
Though, there are several fat loss solutions, the ideal weight-loss strategy
remains, exercise combined with dieting and lifestyle changes.
